The purpose of this web site is to be a national, centralized, resource for everyone who is looking for information, advice, tips, and ideas to help silence those obnoxious bells, chimes, carillons, music, chants, speakers, and other intrusive noises from religious facilities (such as churches, mosques, temples, synagogs, etc.), city hall, schools, and more. The goal is to provide information to help others who are trying to retain, or restore, peace and quiet in their neighborhood.

Get religious facilities, city hall, schools, and others to

permanently turn off

their outdoor bells, chimes, speaker system and other noise makers.

Stop The Bells is about stopping:

noise pollution

disturbing the peace

being a public nuisance
